Unfortunately, at this time, we cannot ship outside the United States.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

At Vessel Craft Coffee, our goal is to provide our customers with impeccable service, delicious coffee, and the highest quality of goods.

We want you to be happy.

Defective or damaged products will be replaced. Exchanges for sizing can be made, but please note, the customer may pay return shipping costs in some instances. 

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase in any way, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us about a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase by emailing us at sarah@vesselcraftcoffee.com. We’ll do our best to get things squared away.
